Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อสร้างหลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม เรือง การสานกระติบข้าวของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที 5 ทีมีคุณภาพ (2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม เรือง การสานกระติบข้าวของ นักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษา,ปีที 5 ตามเกณฑ์80/80 (3) เพื่อหาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการ เรียนรู้ ทีทดลองสอน โดยใช้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น (4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนทีมีต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม เรืองการสาน กระติบข้าว ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที 5 (5) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที 5 ทีมีต่อการเรียนการสอนหลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม เรือง การสานกระติบข้าว โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที 5 โรงเรียนบ้านหัวขัวใต้ ภาคเรียนที 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 22 คน สถิติทีใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ร้อยละ และ การทดสอบสมมติฐานใช้ t - test (Dependent Samples) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) หลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติมมีผลการประเมิน อยู่ในระดับคุณภาพดีมาก และผลการประเมินแผนการจัดการเรียน อยู่ในระดับคุณภาพดีมาก (2) ประสิทธิภาพของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม เรือง การสานกระติบข้าวของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที 5 ทีมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 84.25/83.48 ซึงสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 (3) ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน เท่ากับ 0.6202 (4) นักเรียนทีเรียนด้วยแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรือง การสานกระติบข้าวของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที 5 มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าระหว่างเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติทีระดับ .01 (5) นักเรียนทีเรียนตามหลักสูตรสถานศึกษากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้เพิ่มเติม เรือง การสานกระติบข้าว มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (x= 3.68)

Abstract: The purposes of this study were to (1) develop the educational school’s curriculum, entitled: Kratip Khao Weaving in the learning standard for Pathomsueksa 5, (2) to find out an efficiency of the lesson plans for the educational schools’ curriculum of additional essence, entitled: Kratip Khao Weaving for Pathomsueksa 5 according to the criterion of 80/80, (3) to find out an effectiveness index of the lesson plans using teaching demonstration by the lesson plans, developed by the researcher. (4) To compared the students’ learning achievement towards the educational school’s curriculum on the title: Kratip Khao Weaving for Pathomsueksa 5, and (5) to find out the satisfaction of the Pathomsuksa 5 students towards the learning activities of the educational school’s curriculum of educational essence, entitled: Kratip Khao Weaving in the learning standard for Prathomsueksa 5. The sample group was the 22 Prathomsueksa 5 students studying in the first semester of the academic year 2013 at Ban Hua Khwua Tai school. The statistics used for data analysis were mean standard deviation, and t - test (Dependent Samples). The results of the study were as follows: (1) The assessment result was at the good standard level for the educational school’s curriculum under the additional essence. The lesson plan assessment was at the good standard level. (2) The efficiency of the lesson plans for the educational school’s curriculum under the additional essence, entitled: Kratip Khao Weaving for Pathomsuksa 5 was at 84.25/83.48, which was higher than the established requirement of 80/80 (3) The effectiveness index of the lesson plans designed by the researcher before and after learning was 0.6202. (4) For the learning achievement of the students who learned using the lesson plans on Kratip Khao Weaving for Pathomsuksa 5, it was found that after learning was higher than between learning at the .01 level of statistical significance, and (5) the students who learned by following the educational school’ curriculum under the additional essence on Kratip Khao Weaving, their satisfaction was at a very good level (x= 3.68).
