Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the factors of psychological characteristics as included motivation, perception, beliefs and attitude related to make decision to join social security system of Thai labors informal sector in central region, using the elements of service marketing mix to make consideration. A sample of 400 cases were selected from Thai labors informal sector in central region who member of social security fund number of insured persons(Article 40),using questionnaire to collect data. Descriptive statistics, One-Sample t-test, One-way ANOVA and Multi Regression were used for data analysis.
The findings indicated that Thai labors informal sector in central region who are member of social security fund number of insured persons (Article 40) had opinions on psychological characteristics and decision to join social security fund at high level.
For Comparing decision to join social security system of Thai labors informal sector in central region, It was found that the respondents with different gender had different decision to join social security fund in the part of privilege with a statistical significant level of 0.05, the respondents with different occupation had different decision to join social security fund in the part of social security contributions rate, personnel and service process with a statistical significant level of 0.05, but the respondents with different age, monthly income and welfare did not display security concomitant different at the statistical significant level 0.05 in decision to join social security fund with all parts.With regard to relation analysis, it was found that the factors of psychological characteristics as included motivation, perception, beliefs and attitude related to make decision to join social security fund with a statistical significant level of 0.05.
