SERVICE QUALITY AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION FOR TAXPAYERS SATISFACTION TO WARD PERSONAL INCOME TAX REFUND USING CHEQUE PAYMENT : A CASE OF REVENUE OFFICE IN PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study thesatisfaction of taxpayers who receivedcheque payment of personal income tax refundingfrom Revenue Office in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, to compare between taxpayers satisfactionand their demographic factors,to study the relationships between service quality and taxpayers satisfaction, and to study the relationships between communication effectiveness and taxpayers satisfaction. The samples in this study were 400 taxpayers who received cheque payment of personal income tax refund from Revenue Office in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Data were analyzed bydescriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The relationship among the study variables was analyzed by inferential statistics of T test, One Way ANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis
The results found that taxpayers who have different on sex, age, education level, occupation and average monthly incomehave statistical significant different satisfaction on receiving cheque payment of personal income tax refund from Revenue Office in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. In addition, the results in part of service quality found that equitable services, sufficient services and constant services were statistical significant correlated to satisfaction of taxpayers who receive cheque payment of personal income tax refund from Revenue Office in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. On the other hand, the service quality in the aspect of well timed services was not correlated to satisfaction. Moreover, the communication effectivenessin areas of information
