Abstract:
Learning organization is tool to develop and managerial management which wide acceptance
that reputation and well known. It is principal, theory for develop organization firms. In order to
successful among business competition in globalization which rapidity changes, continues
technology, economy and socialize. Thus the organization to be firms have to create knowledge
management, culture, relationship and core competency in order to continuous learning of the
business functions. As mentioned the learning organization is tool to create organization to be firms.
The objectives of this study were to examine the relationships between transformational
leadership organizational culture and learning organization of A.M.P Construction 299 Company
Limited. This research focus only operation workers. The samples in this study were analyzed 142
sets. Data were collected by using questionnaire and data analysis utilized Multi Regression
Analysis for testing the hypothesis.
The research was found that transformational leadership, a factor of individualized
consideration were related to learning organization with significantly 0.05 and the factor of charisma
leadership, inspiration motivation, intellectual stimulation werent related to learning organization.
The organizational culture, the factor of team learning and system thinking were related to learning
organization with significantly 0.05. The personal mastery, the factor of shared vision werent
related to learning organization. The contribution of this research able to deploy for apply and
approach in order to develop the organization to be learning organization and increase performance
in order to business competition.
