Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนและความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักบัญชี ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ2) เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ประกอบด้วย ทักษะทางวิชาชีพบัญชี ทักษะด้านภาษา ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสื่อสาร การเรียนรู้และการเชื่อมโยงวัฒนธรรม ส่งผลต่อความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชีของนักบัญชี ประกอบด้วย ประสิทธิภาพในการทางานผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม ความมั่งคงในงาน ความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ และการได้รับการยอมรับของนักบัญชี โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักบัญชี จานวน224 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยอย่างง่ายในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ด้านทักษะทางวิชาชีพบัญชี ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชี 4 ด้านได้แก่ ด้านประสิทธิภาพในการทางานผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม ความมั่งคงในงาน และความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ แต่ไม่ส่งผลต่อด้านการได้รับ การยอมรับของนักบัญชี 2) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ด้านทักษะ ด้านภาษา ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชี ด้านผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม ความมั่งคงในงานความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ และการได้รับการยอมรับ แต่ไม่ส่งผลต่อด้านประสิทธิภาพในการทางานของนักบัญชี 3) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการสื่อสาร ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชีทุกด้านได้แก่ ด้านประสิทธิภาพในการทางาน ผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสม ความมั่งคงในงาน ความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพและการได้รับการยอมรับของนักบัญชี 4) การเตรียมความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ด้านการเรียนรู้และการเชื่อมโยงทางวัฒนธรรม ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชี ด้านความมั่งคงในงานความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ และการได้รับการยอมรับ แต่ไม่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการทางานและผลตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมของนักบัญชี ซึ่งผลการศึกษาจะเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลงและแก้ไขในการเตรียมพร้อมของนักบัญชีในทุกด้านที่มีต่อความสาเร็จในวิชาชีพบัญชี เพื่อใช้เป็นประโยชน์ในการสร้างคุณค่าเพิ่มให้นักบัญชี เพื่อรองรับในการก้าวสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนอย่างสมบูรณ์

Abstract: This research has purposes to 1) study the preparation for entering Asean Economic Community (AEC) and the success of accounting profession on being accountants in Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya province, and 2) study the skill preparation for entering AEC including accounting profession skill, language skill, information and communication technology skill, and leaning and cultural connecting skill. The success of accounting profession on being accountant tested in this study consists of working effectiveness, proper remuneration, working stability, growth in career path, and the accountant acceptance. Questionnaires were used to collect the data from 224 accountants and the obtained data was analyzed and tested hypothesis through Statistical Analysis techniques of Multiple Regression and Simple Regression Analysis. The research results revealed that 1) the preparation for entering AEC in term of the accounting profession skill has a positive effect on the success of accounting profession in four aspects as follows: working effectiveness, proper remuneration, working stability, and growth in career path but it has no effect on the accountant acceptance. 2) the preparation for entering AEC in term of language skill has a positive effect on the success of accounting profession in aspects of the proper remuneration, working stability, growth in career path, and social acceptance but has no effect on working effectiveness. 3) the preparation for entering AEC in term of information and communication technology skill has a positive effect on all five aspects including working effectiveness, proper remuneration, working stability, growth in career path, and the accountant 4) the preparation for entering AEC in terms of learning and cultural connecting skill has a positive effect on the success of accounting profession in aspects of working stability,growth in career path, and the accountant but has no effect on working effectiveness, and proper remuneration The results of the study could be used as a guideline for improving, changing and resolving the preparation of accounts in all skills needed for success in accounting profession. It could also benefit for making value added to accountants on perfectly entering AEC.
