Abstract:
The purpose of this research was, to study on the Motivation of goverment Teachers in chiangkham Network school 1 Under the office of Phayao primary Education Service Area 2 Chiangkham Distric, Phayao Province. And the study suggestions and ways to Motivation of goverment Teachers in chiangkham Network school 1 Under the office of Phayao primary Education Service Area 2 Chiangkham Distric, Phayao Province.The population used for collecting the data were goverment teachers of chiangkham Network school 1 Under the office of Phayao primary Education Service Area 2 Chiangkham Distric, Phayao Province were 203 teachers. The means used to collect the data was questionarie. The statistics used in the study were the percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results revealed that the Motivation of goverment Teachers in chiangkham Network school 1Under the office of Phayao primary Education Service Area 2 Chiangkham Distric, Phayao Province, all 7 areas found that the overall and individual aspects are of the high level. The area with the highest average level of recognition, policy and followed by the rule level, the achievement of a high level, the nature and extent, in the rule level and the management level, and environment in the workplace level had the lowestaverageurespectively.
