Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the level of opinions of the teachers toward the academic leadership behaviors of the administrators under the Jurisdiction of the Non-formal and Informal Education, Samlaemmorakot Group, and 2) to campare the level of opinions of the teachers toward the academic leadership behaviors of the stated administrators, classified by work experience. The research sample consisted of 152 teachers under the Jurisdiction of the Non-formal and Informal Education, Samlaemmorakot Group, obtained by simple random sampling, using Krejcie and Morgan Table. The instruments were two sets of qvestionnaire, asking the status of the subjects and 35 items asking the opinions of the subjects toward the leadership behaviors of the administrators under the Jurisdiction of the Non-formal and Informal Education, Samlaemmorakot Group. The reliability was 0.96.The statistical analysis consisted of mean, standard deviation, and t-test (independent).The results were as follows :1.Overall, the opinions of the teachers toward the academic leadership behaviors of the administratars were at a high level. In order of hogh level to low level, the results were as fallows : promotion of academic atmosphere in the institutes, instructional management, and assignment of the institute tasks.Overall, the comparison of the opinions of the teachers, with different wark experiences, toward the academic leadership behaviors of the administrators showed significant difference at the level of .05. Cancerning each aspect, it was found that there was significant at the level of .05 in the aspect of assignment of the institute tasks. However, there was no significant difference in terms of instructional management, and promotion of academic atmosphere in the institut
