Abstract:
The purposes of this study were (1) to study The Administrator Performance Base on Professional Standards under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and (2) to compare the The Administrator Performance Base on Professional Standards under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 between small size school and middle size school. The sample included 130 administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 who worked academic year 2012 selected by simple random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher. It was divided into two parts : the information of the subjects and the opinions about the performance of institutional administrators. The reliability was .97. The statistical analysis of data consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test independent. The results of the study were as follows : 1.The Administrator Performance Base on Professional Standards under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole was at a high level. Considering in each aspect, The Administrator Performance Base on Professional Standards in the aspect of the behavior was at the highest level. The performance was at a second level the performance base of knowledge and experience was at the lowest level. 2.The comparison of The Administrator Performance Base on Professional Standards under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 between small size school and middle size school as a whole that there was a significant difference at the .05 level. Considering in each aspect, the administrators in different school size had significantly different performances according to professional criteria in the aspects of knowledge, professional experience, base of performance and behavior at the .05 level.
