The result :
- The objective of this research were to study Motivation and compare the motivation which was classified by gender, age, marital status, educational background, income per month, job experience and condition to make the motivation of teachers job performance of Child Development Center (CDC) under Ubon Ratchathani city municipality.
The sample group of this research could be divided into 2 types: the quantitative research included 213 Teachers who took care of children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathani city municipality. The data collection tool was the survey questionnaire that the researcher designed and using the 5 rating scales with 40 items, the reliability of the whole issue was .95. The statistic for data analysis in this study consisted of Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pair test of Scheffe, the qualitative research included 20 teachers who took care of children in CDC Ubon Ratchathani city municipality, were responsible as chief of CDC and they did not the respondent of this research. The data collection tool was the structure interview 5 items, data analysis was gathered from the interview by using word classification or synonym.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The motivation of teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathani city municipality consisted of 5 aspects as followed: the success of job, acceptance, the characteristic of job, responsibility, the progress of job, were at much level.
2. Teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathni city municipality with different in age had the motivation of job performance indifferently.
3. Teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathni city municipality with different in marital status had the motivation of job performance indifferently.
4. Teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathni city municipality with different in educational background had the motivation of job performance significantly at .05.
5. Teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathni city municipality with different in income had the motivation of job performance significantly at .05
6. Teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathni city municipality with different in job experience had the motivation of job performance indifferently.
7. The condition effecting to the motivation of best job performance in each aspects of teacher who took care the children in CDC under Ubon Ratchathani city municipality which included working for success and pride, having the chance to share opinion and participate the planning, being cooperated from the colleague and chief, being relied on and accepted, being creditably in term of high knowledge and capability from the colleague, developing the children in every aspects and having the good quality life and growing up to be the good man to social and nation, being supported in performance and being accepted from the colleague.
