Abstract:
The objective of this independent study was to study Study of Customer's for All-Purpose Fabric in Phayao. The population of this study was the people who lived in Phayao province. In this study, the sampling method chosen was convenience sampling and the set of 400 questionnaires wasdesigned to collect data from the population. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, which were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The finding presented that the majority were female in ages between 15-20years old, single, holding Bachelors degree, earning average monthly income at lower than10,000Baht.
Customers behavior towards fabric market in Phayaoprovince was to buy fancy fabric. The cost of buying fabric east time was 500-1,000 Bath, The frequency of buying fabric was 1-3 time per month. The objective of buying was dressmaking, and the reason of buying fabric in Phayao province was getting all products. The person who is involved in decision-making was Themselves.
The marketing mix factors of demand of customer toward fabric market in Phayao provincewas the high level. The highest level was place factor, followed by promotion factor, price factor and product factor. The factors of categorize product was guarantee products was the high level. The factors of categorizeprice was the price befit the quality was high level. Thefactor of categorize place was the shop located Phayao province and had relaxing room for customer was highest level. And also, thefactor of categorizepromotion was s product consult for industrial product was highest level.
