Abstract:
The objectives of this study are to analyses Thai frozen fruits market in China in the
contexts of opportunities, threats, market, and logistics and supply chain and competitiveness.
The study employs the in-depth survey research based on characteristics of logistics and supply
chain management on four champion Thai frozen fruits (frozen durian, frozen mango and frozen
pineapple). The preliminary findings showed that the obstacles of Thai frozen fruit industry in
China market consist of the imperfect market mechanism, logistics and supply chain management
system, national governmental policies, penetration of foreign traders and trade policy. This study
also introduced the important policy relating to agricultural supply chain management for
enhancing the export growth of Thai frozen fruit industry.
