Abstract: สภาพการได้งานทำของบัณฑิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง รุ่นที่ 18 ได้งานทำหลังจากสำเร็จการศึกษา และขณะกำลังศึกษา (ร้อยละ 95.5) ลักษณะงานที่ทำเป็นงานประจำในบริษัทเอกชน (ร้อยละ 73.3) หน่วยงานประจำในกรุงเทพมหานครเป็นส่วนใหญ่ บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่สามารถสอบเข้าทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง และสอบเพียงครั้งเดียว (ร้อยละ 38.4 ) โดยใช้เวลาหางานภายใน 1-6 เดือน บัณฑิตรามคำแหง ได้รับเงินเดือน 7,940 บาทขึ้นไป (ร้อยละ 35.8) คณะนิติศาสตร์ ได้ทำงานตรงกับวิชาที่เรียนมามากที่สุด คณะวิทยาศาสตร์มีความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี คณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ มีความพอใจต่องานที่ทำมาก คณะรัฐศาสตร์ได้ทำงานไม่ตรงกับสาขาที่เรียนมากที่สุด คณะบริหารธุรกิจเข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี คณะนิติศาสตร์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ และคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มีปัญหาและอุปสรรคด้านความรู้ไม่เพียงพอ ส่วนคณะรัฐศาสตร์ และคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ มีปัญหาไม่ได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้บังคับบัญชา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ คณะรัฐศาสตร์ มีความต้องการศึกษาต่อมากที่สุด เพราะต้องการความก้าวหน้า คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และคณะเศรษฐศาสตร์ สามารถสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อได้เอง คณะบริหารธุรกิจ มีโอกาสขวนขวายหาความรู้มาก แต่มีปัญหาและอุปสรรค คือ ไม่มีเวลา

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to follow-up the 18th graduates with a bachelor degree from Ramkhamhaeng University. The sampling groups consisted of 561 graduates. The questionnaires were constructed, collected and utilized as the tool for this investigation. The results were as follow:1. About 95% of the 18th graduates with a bachelor degree from Ramkhamhaeng had been recruited. These graduates were scattered to all part of Thailand. Most of these graduates worked in Bangkok Metropolis. Most of the graduates got routine jobs. About 73% of the graduates worked in the company or in the private sector.2. About 38% could pass the first competitive examination and about 48% couldGet jobs after the graduations for 6 months. Most graduates (91%) got 5,260 bath/month.3. Most of the graduates got jobs in connection with their field of study. About only 34% could get jobs not related to their field, Among these graduates, about 70% were satisfied with their jobs. Concerning the vital problems and obstacles, They had not enough knowledges to work and lack of self confidence, respectively.4. About 22% of the 18th graduates with a bachelor degree from RamkhamhaengUniversity could continue their studies in higher level.
