Abstract:
This research was aimed for 1) studying the state of knowledge management of basic education schools for grade 3-4 in school under control of the office of Roi-Et Educational Service Area . 2) to comparing the state of knowledge management of basic education schools for grade 3-4 under control of the office of Roi-Et Educational Service Area between different - sized schools. 3) to study the overall of the suggestion and problems about the state of knowledge management of basic education schools for grade 3-4 under control of the office of Roi-Et Educational Service Area
The population and the sample were the school directors, teacher and assistant schools directors and the department heads The sampling group was set by using Krejcie and Morgan table. Then the new sampling group had been made including 25 small-sized 28 middle - sized schools and 9 large-sized schools. The random group was selected by drawing consisted of 62 schools altogether. Data were collected from 62 school directors, 62 assistant directors and 8 department heads, total 496 informers.
The research instruments were questionaires comprised of three sections : 1) checklists ; about general informations and status of checker. 2) checkists about knowledge management in school. 3) checkists about problems and suggestion for open - ended questionnaires. Related to the state of knowledge management in basic education school was used to collect data in the form of Rating Scale. The percentage, mean, standard deviation and F-test (One-way ANOVA) were used to analyze the data.
The research findings :
1. The overall of the state of knowledge management in the office of Roi-Et Educational Service Area was at high level while separated considering stated that vision of knowledge was the highest and the high level fall on knowledge bank construction as well as knowledge sharing issue.
2. The school sized classification study found that overall of the state of knowledge management in all size of school were high which included knowledge vision, knowledge sharing and knowledge bank construction . The middle - sized an d small sized school were at high level in knowledge management while the large sized school were the lowest in the same topic. This included that the state of knowledge management in small - sized, middle sized and large sized schools under control of the Office of Roi-Et Educational Service Area were the same.
3. The overall of the suggestion and problems about the state of knowledge management of basic education schools under control of the office of Roi-Et Educational Service Area was the knowledge sharing was the highest and the high level fall on knowledge bank construction as well as vision of knowledge.
