Abstract:
The study of knowledge management affecting education effectiveness of/Directorate of Education and Training, Royal Thai Air Force aimed to: 1) Study the quality of knowledge management of Directorate of Education and Training, Royal Thai Air Force. 2) Study the quality of education effectiveness of Directorate of Education and Training, Royal Thai Air Force. 3) Relationship between knowledge management and education effectiveness and 4) Knowledge management affecting education effectiveness of Directorate of Education and Training, Royal Thai Air Force.
Questionnaires were the tool to collect data from administrators, teachers, and staff of Schools under Directorate of Education and Training, Royal Thai Air Force by using simple sampling method and categorizing samples which were equal to 437 people. The statistical methods used in data analysis were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Recession.
The study found that/1)/Quality of overall knowledge management was high. 2)/Quality of overall/education/effectiveness/is/high. 3)/Relationship/between/knowledge/management/andeducation/effectiveness/ was positive/and/4)/Knowledge/management/affecting/education/effective shows/that/knowledge/management/forecasts/the/education/effectiveness//from/the/production/of/students with/high/results,/the/capacity/in/developing/good/attitudes/of/students,/the/capacity/inproblem solving/within/the/school,/and/the/capacity/in/school/development/were/statistically/significant/at .01/level.
