Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: to study factors affecting the participatory decision in rubber replanting aid project in Phusang district, in Payao Province. And to study successful trends of rubber replanting aid. Sample population was rubber 94 specific gardener random sampling was done among rubber gardener who have been planted rubber for more than 9 years, but not more than 23 years. Gathering information was interviewed and questionnaired by using basis statistics: percent (%), statistical average (x), standard deviation (SD), and variance S2.
The result showed that the factor affecting the participated decision in rubber replanting aid project mostly was the factor of rubber maintenance. The population would decide to participate this project because they wanted to follow project to give knowledge and though training from government officers how to maintenance rubber correctly. The average of the maintenance opinion, the first rating was 4.60%. So this project has trend to success because every factor affected to the participated decision in rubber replanting aid project in the high level. In relation to other factors, it was founded that the factor of the age was related to the participated decision in rubber replanting aid project at 0.05. The gender factor was not related to the decision in the maintenance. There should be comparison this study to other areas of rubber planting.
