Abstract: การค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะวัฒนธรรมองค์การโดยรวมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ลักษณะวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่มีผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการทางานของพนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตอำเภอแม่ใจ จังหวัดพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอแม่ใจ จำนวน 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอแม่ใจมีความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบวัฒนธรรมองค์การ โดยรวมอยู่ลักษณะระดับปานกลาง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า รูปแบบลักษณะวัฒนธรรมองค์การสร้างสรรค์มีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05"

Abstract: The purpose of Independent Study were as follows: 1) To study the characteristics of the overall organizational culture, local governments in the district of Mae Chai, Phayao Province. 2) To analyze organizational culture has an impact on the performance of employees in the district Mae Chai, Phayao Province. The population used in this study were of 220 people. The questionnaires were used for collecting data. The descriptive statistics used in analyzing data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results of this study were as follows : The local government officials in Mae Chai District opinion to form organizational culture The overall style characteristics of hypothesis testing The characteristic style of organizational culture creative relationship with performance in the classroom. Also included were no difference which does not conform to the assumptions set statistically significant at the 0.05 level."
