Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the satisfaction of
teachers performance in schools at Buengkum district under Bangkok Metropolitan
Administration as classified by qualification and work experiences, the sample of
200 teachers were asked to answer a test of 5 rating scale questionnaire which validity
was tested by 3 experts. A questionnaire had reliability at 0.76. The collected data was
analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA
and Schaeffers method. The research was found that the satisfaction of teachers
performance in schools at Buengkum district under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration
were at high level. The comparison of satisfaction of teachers performance as classified by
qualification had non statistical significant but by work experience it was found that there
was difference with statistical significant at 0.01 level.
