Abstract: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมแก่นักเรียนในสถานศึกษาของพระสงฆ์ตามโครงการพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เพื่อเปรียบเทียบด้านวุฒิทางโลก วุฒิทางธรรม แผนกนักธรรม แผนกเปรียญธรรม ประสบการณ์ และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางข้อเสนอแนะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พระสงฆ์ที่ปฏิบัติการสอนตามสถานศึกษา จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 217 รูป ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมานค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยและค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมแก่นักเรียนในสถานศึกษาของพระสงฆ์ตามโครงการพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ทั้ง 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยตรง และด้านบูรณาการกับวิถีชีวิตทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า การส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมแก่นักเรียนในสถานศึกษาของพระสงฆ์ตามโครงการพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมแก่นักเรียนในสถานศึกษาของพระสงฆ์ตามโครงการพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน 3. ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมแก่นักเรียนในสถานศึกษาของพระสงฆ์ตามโครงการพระสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำแนกออกเป็นรายด้านได้ดังต่อไปนี้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน สอนให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ความหมายในทางจริยธรรม หัวข้อธรรมหรือหมวดธรรมต่างๆ รู้จักแยกแยะอะไรดีอะไรชั่ว รู้จักขนมธรรมเนียมประเพณีวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ แบบชาวพุทธ รู้จักวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนา และปฏิบัติตนให้ถูกต้องตามหลักของศีลธรรมตามแนววิถีพุทธ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมโดยตรง ส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนเกิดความรับผิดชอบ ซึมซับเอาหลักคำสอนแบบฆราวาส มีหลักเกณฑ์ในการประพฤติดีปฏิบัติชอบ ร่วมทั้งปฏิบัติตนเป็นคนดีที่สังคมต้องการ และเกิดความมั่นใจมากยิ่งขึ้นว่า ทำดีได้ดีจริงๆ ไม่ใช่เรื่องที่พูดต่อๆกันมา เพราะคุณธรรมที่พระท่านสอนนำไปปฏิบัติเกิดผลจริง ทดสอบได้เฉกเช่นหลักของวิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านการบูรณาการกับวิถีชีวิตทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน การที่มีพระคุณเจ้าเข้ามาสอนในสถานศึกษาถือว่าเป็นผลดีต่อนักเรียนเป็นอย่างมาก ทำให้นักเรียนมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม รู้จักขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีอันดีงาม มีจิตใจที่อ่อนโยนไม่แข็งกระด้าง จึงอยากจะให้มีโครงการฯ เช่นนี้ไปตลอด และยิ่งจะดีไปกว่านี้ถ้าทางพระคุณเจ้ามีการนำเทคโนโลยี หรือนำสื่อต่างๆที่ทันกับยุคสมัยมาประกอบการเรียนการสอน จะเป็นการดึงดูดความสนใจในการเรียนรู้ เกิดการจินตนาไปตามหลักธรรมแห่งความเป็นจริง และสามารถนำหลังธรรมมาปรับเปลี่ยนประยุกต์ใช้กับวิถีชีวิตของตนเองได้ The objectives of this research were to study the promotion of students’ ethics and morality in schools of the Buddhist monks according to the Buddhist Monks’ Teaching Morality to Students Project in Ubon Ratchathani province, to compare the resondents’ secular qualifications, religious qualifications: Nak Dhamma and Pali Branch, and experiences, and to obtain the advice from the respondents. A total of 217 Buddhist monks teaching in schools in Ubon Ratchathani province, selected by means of a stratefied random sampling method were employed as the sample group of the study. A five-point rating scale questionnaire yielding the overall reliability coefficient of .98 was used in data collection. Percentage, means, standard deviation and one-way anova were used in data analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The promotion of students’ morality in schools covering 3 aspects of promotion: learning and teaching management, direct implanted ethics and morality through activities, and integrated morality with lifestyles inside and outside schools was found to be overall practiced at a high level and so were individual aspects. 2. The comparison of the resondents’ secular qualitfication, religious qualification: Nak Dhamma and Pali Branch, and experiences was not found to be different in both the overall and indivudual aspects of the promotion. 3. For the advice from the respondents on the promotion of students’ morality in schools, the following were found. The learning and teaching managment, the topics to be taught should include the meaning of ethics and morality, theology and religion-related topics and Dhammas, knowing what is good and bad, Buddhist-related cultures and traditions, important religious days, and well-conduct according to Buddhist principles. The direct implanted ethics and morality through activities, promotion of being responsible for one’s own deeds, absorbing secular doctrines that enhance good personalities in students, being confident in doing right things that always resulting in good effects as proven true in scientific ways. The integrated morality with lifestyles inside and outside schools, having Buddhist monks to teach ethics and morality in schools benefits students since they will directly see good examples. It will solften the students’ minds. The project should therefore be further promoted. It will be even better if the monk teachers could apply new teaching technology to their teaching because it will attract the learners’ attention.
