Abstract:
This independent research has objective to study influenced factor toward service of registration office, study on satisfaction of service and method of promotion is better service of officer. Sample group is peoples who service at Phayao Municipality Registration Office for 400 peoples, tools of questionnaire is leading analyzing on frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and One way ANOVA. Result of study as following influenced factor toward civil registration service is officer and personnel, utilities, related law and user. For influenced factor toward civil registration office to user at moderate level; that is clean of workplace or service place, sufficient of officer, sufficient of office appliance, table, chair and office appliance. Method of promotion civil registration service saw that user of Phayao municipality registration office is pay attention to set office on explain, advise and give data to people, including information advertising board or any knowledge. Suggestion for method of development, improvement, and civil registration should be more skill, knowledge, ability in service to operation officer as continuously, and should be continuous development, modern technology for more service.
