Abstract:
The propose of this thesis was to reduce the time of spout in line 4 in the cement dispatch :
A case study of a cement factory. In this line have a lost between October 2008 to may 2009, 6%
Have a mean time between fialier. Before adjust 73.11 hour or 3 days. We summaried the data
and analyed for find the cause the result is; 1) Replasement the spare part. 2) The employee use
wrong way to solving the problem and 3) To use the equipment non quality.

After that, we adjust process follow up to correct method and becording the loss time. In
july September, 2009 The result is ; the loss time 39% reduction or the loss time of spout have a
pro blem. 14.7% reduction or 3,133,400 Baht. And have maen time between failire.
As a result this improvement caused a savig around 390 hour. Or. 16 days. Make factory to
have a good opportunity to increaer. 463,333 baht or decreac 463,333 baht or decrease 85%.
