Abstract:
This project aimed to reduce tardiss of building construction work utilizing CPM technique
in a contractor company. The work construction project was divided into smaller operational or
elements to estimate time, expenses including A risk. In a 4 storybe construction that lack of good
planning, the project was finished 12 days afterdus date. The fine of ฿33,072 baht per day was
paid For the total of ฿396,864 baht. The total construction cost was ฿10,086,675 baht. The fine
was about 4% of the total cost. After planning to use CPM techniques in this construction, the
total cost redueed ฿9,689,811 inducing critied path of the project was calculated. With the CPM a
technique utilizing, the project caned be finished in 262 days, for munty 281 days, the time
reduction was 19 days or 7%. The extra expenditure per the number of das reduction was
฿121,333 which was in acceptable level not more than ฿300,000 per project.
