Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการนำระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ ISO9001:2008 มาใช้ตามความคิดเห็นของพนักงาน บริษัท โรงงานเหล็กกรุงเทพฯ จำกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยได้แก่ พนักงานระดับบริหารจำนวน 64 คนและพนักงานระดับหัวหน้างานจำนวน 46 คน รวม 110 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลคือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัย พบว่าพนักงานบริษัท โรงงานเหล็กกรุงเทพฯ จำกัด มีความคิดเห็นต่อความเป็นไปได้ในการนำระบบบริหารจัดการคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2008 ในมุมมอง Balanced Scorecard โดยภาพรวมมีความเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x¯ = 3.52) โดยมีความเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้านคือ ด้านกระบวนการทำงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (x¯ = 3.60) รองลงมาคือด้านลูกค้า (x¯ = 3.56) และ ด้านบุคลากรและการเรียนรู้ภายในองค์กร(x¯ = 3.47) ส่วนด้านการเงิน มีความเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x¯= 3.27)"

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the feasibility of implementing ISO 9001:2008 using thebalanced ccorecard at The Bangkok Iron and Steel Works Company Limited. The populations of thisresearch were 64 administrators and 46 practical employees with the total number of 110 persons ofThe Bangkok Iron and Steel Works Company Limited. The questionnaires were used as the tool for datacollection providing frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation (S.D.)The research Results showed that the overview by Balanced Scorecard were at the high level.(x¯ = 3.52) Furthermore ,when considering each perspective, it was found that three perspectives, InternalProcess Perspective, Customer Perspective and Learning and growth Perspective were at high level with themean of x¯ = 3.60 , x¯ = 3.56 , x¯ = 3.47 , respectively. While the Financial Perspective was at mediumlevel with the mean of x¯= 3.27
