Abstract:
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่นหรือผุ้บริหารท้องถิ่น ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแหง และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการเลือกตั้งสภาท้องถิ่นหรือผุ้บริหารท้องถิ่น ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแหง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่น หรือผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านแหง อำเภองาว จังหวัดลำปาง จำนวน 370 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเลือกตั้งสมาชิกสภาท้องถิ่น ผุ้บริหารท้องถิ่น ได้แก่ ด้านภาพลักษณ์ มุ่งเน้นด้านมีจิตอาสา รองลงมา คือ ด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรม กระทำตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี ความเป็นผู้นำ มีวิสัยทัศน์ความคิดริเริ่มนโยบายใหม่ๆ ตามลำดับ"
Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to investigate factors related to election of members of municipality council or administrators of local administration organization in Ban Haeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization, and 2) examine problems and resolutions towards election of members of municipality council or administrators of local administration organization in Ban Haeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The samples of this study included 370 eligible. The data was collected by using questionnaires. According to factors related to the election of members of municipality council or administrators of local administration organization in Ban Haeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization. First of all, image, Moreover, must be moral, role model, reliable, have leadership and volunteer spirit, have initiatives and new policies, and have social position. Secondly, the local people emphasized the candidates good relationship and reputation of the candidates should be the person they had ever asked for help or frequently met in different activities. Also, they should be native people and supported by most of local voters participated in the election broadcasted from a village audio tower In conclusion, some important suggestions were provided in this study. For instance, there should be frequent training to educate the local people about regulations on the local election in every village, especially political knowledge implantation for local youth and consciousness in appropriate political participation."
