The performance as assigned by the quality assurance act of the administrators of the schools under the supervision of the office of secondary educational service area 13 in Krabi Province
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study the level of the performance of the administrators based on the criteria of the Quality Control Process in 3 areas: controlling the quality of education, checking the quality of education, and assessing the quality of education; to compare the level of performance of the administrators. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The statistics employed to analyse the collected data included frequency, means, S.D., and F-test.
The results of the study revealed:
1. The level of performance of the administrators based on the criteria of the quality control process was found to be high overall and in each aspect. The areas of checking and controlling were found to be highest, followed by assessing.
2. The teachers with different teaching experience had significantly different opinions regarding the performance of the administrators at the level of .05.
3. The teachers of different school sizes had significantly different opinions regarding the performance of the administrators at the level of .05.
