A study of academic performance of the early childhood center under the supervision of Ta Kua Tung sub-district administrative organization, Pang-nga province
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study the level of academic performance of the teachers in the Early Childhood Center under the Supervision of Ta Kua Tung Sub-District Administrative Organization, and to collect problems and suggestion to improve the teachers academic performance. Questionnaires with a reliability level of 0.96 were used to collect the data The sample of subjects consisted of 55 people from 2 groups: academic officers involved in Early frequency, means, and S.D.
The results of the study revealed that
1.The level of academic performance of the Early Childhood Center was found to be very high in all nine areas.
2.Problems that occurred were: the management system in the center is not inefficient;l the center has not been developed into a learning and development center of the children in the community; the teachers and supporting staff need to be trained, insufficient staff, budget, and educational supplies.
3.Suggestion included training teachers in the areas of Early Childhood, providing sufficient budget to develop the center in all aspects, as involving every unit in the community to cooperate in developing the center.
