Abstract: การพัฒนาเว็บฝึกอบรมเรื่องการให้รหัสโรคและรหัสหัตถการทางจักษุวิทยาสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่เวชสถิติ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาเว็บฝึกอบรม 2) หาประสิทธิภาพของเว็บฝึกอบรม 3) หาผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมของเจ้าหน้าที่เวชสถิติ โดยการเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเองนอกเวลางานปกติ เนื้อหาของเว็บฝึกอบรม ประกอบด้วยเนื้อหาทั้งหมด 4 ตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 คำศัพท์ส่วนต่าง ๆ ของลูกตา ตอนที่ 2 รหัสโรคและรหัสหัตถการของลูกตาส่วนหน้า (anterior chamber) ตอนที่ 3 รหัสโรคและรหัสหัตถการของลูกตาส่วนหลัง (posterior chamber) และตอนที่ 4 รหัสโรคและรหัสหัตถการของอุบัติเหตุทางตา (eye trauma) กลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่เวชสถิติ คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล จำนวน 30 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอนโดยสุ่มสองครั้ง สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลการประเมินคุณภาพเว็บฝึกอบรมจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ประสิทธิภาพของเว็บฝึกอบรมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ 92.78/93.46 และเจ้าหน้าที่เวชสถิติมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการฝึกอบรมด้วยเว็บฝึกอบรม หลังฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract: The learning efficiency and achievement to develop Web Based Training in Ophthalmology International Classification of Diseases for Coder Officers of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital aims to 1) develop Web Based Training 2) compare the accomplishment between pretest and posttest 3) achievement to Web Based Training. Coder officers can self learning over work time. This Web Based Training have 4 section aims 1) introduction of eye 2) International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision, Thai Modification and International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision Clinical Modification of anterior chamber 3) International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision, Thai Modification and International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision Clinical Modification of posterior chamber and 4) International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Revision, Thai Modification and International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision Clinical Modification of eye trauma. There are 30 coder officers of Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital in this research whom were two-stage sampling. Statistical for data analysis consist of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test dependent The result of the research has showed that assessed from technician are good. It’s assessed of Web Based Training criterion are 92.78/93.46 and the training achievement of the post-training coder officers with Web Based Training is higher than the pre-training coder officers at .01.
