Abstract:
This thesis aims to 1) study the state and problems in personnel administration 2) compare the state of personnel administration in the basic schools and 3) compare the problems of personnel administration in the basic schools mentioned above as classified. This research obtained by stratified 134 administrators. The Population 134 persons Data analysis by using average statistics (U) and the part deviates the standard (Q) Presentation by using table picture writes words to narrate. The findings showed as follows: 1) The state and problems of personnel administration in the basic schools 2, PhayaoPrimaryEducational Service Area Office 2 were in 5 aspects:personnel planning recruitment,improving working efficiency,discipline control, and retirement revealed that. The state of personnel administration in the 5 aspects overall was rate at a high level. Aspect was rated the highest,while the aspect was rated the lowest. and The problems of personnel management in the 5 aspects overall were rated at a high level. The discipline control aspect was rated at highest, while the aspect was rated at the lowest. 2) The comparison of the state of personnel management in 5 aspects as classified by sex, school size,and work experience the overall was found to be no difference. 3.)The comparison the problems in personnel administration as classified by every status, overall was found to be no difference."
