The opinions of the teachers regarding rhe leadership of the administrator at the Kaw Kanabnam School network under the supervision of the primary educational service area Krabi
Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study the level of the opinions of the teachers regarding the leadership of the administrators, to compare the opinions of the teachers of different levels of education, teaching experience, and size of schools. The sample group consisted of 121 teachers from 10 schools in the Kaw Kanabnam School Network. Questionnaires with the level of reliability at 0.95 were used to collect the data. The statistics employed to analyse the collected data included frequency, means, S.D., t-test, F-test, and Scheffes test.
The results of the study revealed : The overall level of opinions of the teachers regarding the leadership of the administrators was found to be high. The area of agreement which was ranked highest was in the curriculum administration. The teachers of different level of education, teaching experience and school size did not differ in opinions about the leadership of the administrators in the overall aspects. However, the teachers with different teaching experience had different opinions about the leadership of the administrators in the areas of evaluation and research. Teachers from different school size had different opinions about the leadership of the administrators in the areas of curriculum administration and learning management.
