Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to determine the transformational leadership of primary school administratorsand to make a comparison in transformational leadership between administrators opinions and academicteachers opinion, classifying by status and size of school. The sample included 179 staff members, consisting of 24 administrators and 155 academic teachers. The instrument was a questionnaire which consisted of 25 items. Each item was given a value from 1 to 5. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.96. The statistics of data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. The findings showed as follow: The overall of administrators opinions and academic teachers opinions on transformational leadership was at high level. And in terms of comparing opinions of academic teachers with the different size schools found that there was significant different at the confident level p<0.05."
