Abstract:
The objective of this research is to study the increase productivity And efficiency spray
painting process. To losses reduction, In the preliminary Design, the efficiency of painting line
and performance ware 85% (1557 hangers per shift). It could be concluded that this experiment
could handle the needs of the customers in the future.
The methods used in study are that of work study of eliminate all unnecessary work and
rearrange process, the gap between hanger was minimized during shift change and break.
To improved the -performance, 50 hanger, and 35 hanger ware sprayed respectively. This study
investigated manufacturing process of Thai Yamaha Motors Co., Ltd.
The results of this study revealed that the increasing efficiency to 90.48% (1678 hangers
per shift). Therefore, the spray painting line productivity increases around 6%. It reduced cost of
labor cost and overhead cost in operation around 2,344,160 bath per month.
