Abstract:
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในอำเภอตากใบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 (2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในอำเภอตากใบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 และ(3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำกับการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 136 คน ในสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาในอำเภอตากใบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความถี่ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์
ผลการค้นคว้าอิสระพบว่า
1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนใน อำเภอตากใบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน
2. ระดับการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในอำเภอตากใบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำกับการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนในอำเภอตากใบ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
This research is aimed to 1) study the level of leadership of school administrators following the perceptions of teachers in Takbai district under the Office of Narathiwat Primary Schools Area-Zone 2, 2) study the level of duties of school administrators following the perceptions of teachers in Takbai district under the Office of Narathiwat Primary Schools Area-Zone 2, and 3) study the relationship between the leadership and the duties of school administrators following the perceptions of teachers. Sampling groups utilized in this research are the teachers totaling 136 persons from the primary schools in Takbai district. The tool utilized for collecting the data is a set of questionnaires to analyze the statistical data, percentages, means, frequencies, standard deviations, and Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient.
It has found that:
1. The level of leadership of school administrators following the perceptions of teachers and academic personnel in Takbai district under the Office of Narathiwat Primary Schools Area-Zone 2 in general and sides stay at a high level in every side.
2. The level of duties of school administrators following the perceptions of teachers in Takbai district under the Office of Narathiwat Primary Schools Area-Zone 2 in general and sides stay at a high level.
3. The relationship between the leadership and the duties of school administrators following the perceptions of teachers in Takbai district under the Office of Narathiwat Primary Schools Area-Zone 2 in general is related in a high level with statistical significance at 0.01.
