Abstract:
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชน อำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาสถานศึกษาสภาพที่เป็นจริง ตามทัศนะของครูผู้สอน สำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนอำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ที่สอนและกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่สอน และ (3) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาสถานศึกษาสภาพความคาดหวังตามทัศนะของครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนอำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี จำแนกตามตัวแปร เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ที่สอนและกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่สอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการค้นว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนอำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี จำนวน 143 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe s method)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามสภาพที่เป็นจริงและสภาพความคาดหวัง พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมีการปฏิบัติบ่อยครั้ง
2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนอำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานีสภาพที่เป็นจริง จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ
ประสบการณ์ที่สอนและกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่สอน พบว่าภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นอายุแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนอำเภอทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานีสภาพความคาดหวัง จำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์ที่สอนและกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ที่สอน พบว่า ภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to study the leadership of school administrators under Office of the Private Education of Thungyangdaeng District, Pattani province and to compare the leadership levels of school administrators for the reality as perceived by teachers in views of teachers under Office of the Private Education of Thungyangdaeng District, Pattani province and compare the leadership levels of school administrators for the school environment as perceived by teachers in views of teachers under Office of the Private Education of Thungyangdaeng District, Pattani province . The population of this independent study was 143 school teachers under Office of the Private Education of Thungyangdaeng District, Pattani province. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaires. Data analysis was done with computer sort ware. Statistics applied in data analysis included mean, standard deviation,
t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Scheffes method .
The research results were found as the followings.
1. The leadership levels of school administrators in aspects of task-oriented under actual condition and under expected condition were perceived by the teachers that school administrators demonstrated leadership behavior of both task-oriented and friendship-based styles at a high level.
2. The comparison of leadership education, private schools under the district Thungyangdaeng. The actual situation in Pattani province. Perceived by teachers. Under the leadership of the school. Office of Private Education District, Pattani Province Thungyangdaeng found that gender, age, experience, teaching and learning at the school as a whole, no significant difference statistically significant at the .05 level, considering aspect. The age difference is statistically significant at the .05 level.
3. The comparison leadership levels of school administrators for the school environment as perceived by teachers in views of teachers under Office of the Private Education of Thungyangdaeng District, Pattani province found that gender, age, experience, teaching and learning for students and the teachers do not differ statistically significant at the .05 level.
