Abstract:
This survey research study aimed 1) to investigate the quality of working life of the Municipality staff, 2) to study the quality of life, according to the sufficient economy, of the Municipality staff and 3) to compare the quality of life according to the sufficient economy of the Municipality staff. These were separated by the personal factors. The questionnaires were used in this research to collect the primary data. The samplings were 75. The data was analyzed as descriptive. The frequency and the percentage were used to analyze the personal status and the quality of working life and the quality of life with sufficient economy were analyzed by and S.D. in order to find out the difference of the data. The statistics were used to investigate the hypothesis and to summarize the research data.
The research results revealed that (1) the quality of working life in all five aspects were at the high level. The social feedbacks were at the highest level, the stability and the work promotion, the security and the environment in working, the relationships in the organization were at the high level and the compensation was at the lowest level, respectively. (2) The overalls of the quality of life in all five aspects, according to the sufficient economy, of the municipality staff in Plaiypraya District, Krabi Province were at the highest level. The morality was at the highest level, the knowledge, the reason, the good Self-protection, and the lowest level was the modesty, respectively. 3) The research results showed that the municipality staff with the different genders, the status, the numbers of family members and the average of salary didnt have different quality of life. Interestingly, those who had the different ages, education levels and the monthly spending had the quality of life with the different statistic at 0.05.
