Abstract:
The purposes of this research were: to investigate the correlation among the factors enhancing to the school-based management in schools under Nasan Mueng District Municipality, and to create predictable equation on school-based management in 4 aspects: the aspects of decentralization(Y1), participation(Y2), self-managing(Y3), and check and balance(Y4). The independent variables were personal factors(X1), cooperative groups(X2), organizations(X3), and external environment of the organization(X4). The 120 subjects consisted of school administrators and teachers teaching in schools under Nasan Mueng Municipality in 2552 academic year. The questionnaire was used to conduct the study. SPSS for WINDOW was used to analyze percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons Correlation and Multiple Regresstion and One-way ANOVA.
The research findings were as follows: it was found that enhancing factors correlated with the 4 aspects of school-based management at the significantly different level of 0.05. The enhancing factors the school-based management aspects. It was also found that the following factors enhanced the school-based management: cooperative groups, and external environment of the organization, not 4 factors: participation (Y2), self-managing (Y3), and check and balance (Y4).
