Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยแวดล้อมและความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” สถานีตำรวจภูธรทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี(2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบลักษณะส่วนบุคคลกับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” สถานีตำรวจภูธรทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี และ (3) เพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยแวดล้อมกับความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อการให้บริการเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” สถานีตำรวจภูธรทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้า เป็นประชาชนผู้มาใช้บริการสถานีตำรวจภูธรทุ่งยางแดง จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สำหรับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐาน เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปร 2 กลุ่ม ใช้การทดสอบค่า t-test และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างระหว่างตัวแปรมากกว่า 2 กลุ่ม ใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว โดยการคำนวณหาค่าทดสอบ เอฟที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 และทดสอบค่าความสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการค้นคว้าอิสระ พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยแวดล้อมด้านการรับรู้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ อยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจากโครงการ“โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ได้แก่ ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยในชีวิตทรัพย์สิน ด้านการบริการทั่วไป และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ 3. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะส่วนบุคคลจำแนกตาเพศ อายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้ต่อเดือนและกิจกรรมที่มารับบริการแตกต่างกันจะมีความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” สถานีตำรวจทุ่งยางแดง จังหวัดปัตตานีไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. โดยภาพรวมปัจจัยแวดล้อมด้านการรับรู้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ มีความสัมพันธ์ กับความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการปรับปรุงสถานที่ทำการและสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านอำนวยความสะดวกและอำนวยความยุติธรรม ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัยในชีวิตทรัพย์สิน มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 ส่วนด้านการบริการทั่วไปและด้านการควบคุมและการจัดการจราจรไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยแวดล้อมด้านการรับรู้สถานการณ์ความไม่สงบในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ 5. โดยภาพรวมปัจจัยแวดล้อมด้านการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจากโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” มีความสัมพันธ์ กับความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ“โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการบริการทั่วไป ด้านการรักษาวามปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์และด้านการปรับปรุงสถานที่ทำการและสภาพแวดล้อม มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคิดเห็นต่อการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 ส่วนด้านอำนวยความสะดวกและอำนวยความยุติธรรมและด้านการควบคุมและการจัดการจราจรไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยแวดล้อมด้านการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารจากโครงการ “โรงพักเพื่อประชาชน” The objectives of this study were 1) to study the individual.
