Abstract:
To (1) the development of a non-formal education activity organization model to develop distance non-formal education students self-empowerment, (2) compare the result of self-empowerment in knowledge, skill, and attitude between the experimental group and the control group, (3) study conditioning factors of activity organization model to develop distance non-formal education students self-empowerment to use. The program and handbook of a non-formal education activity organization model to develop distance non-formal education students self-empowerment and were used with 40 students from Distance Non-Formal Education as a sample group. The subjects were divided into 2 groups. Both groups were then divided into the experimental group and the control group with 20 people in each. The experimental group had been participated in this activity which consisted of 3 parts; part 1 : workshop program for 40 hours, part 2 : do activities by self-study in handbook for 10 hours, and part 3 : take follow all results of activities for 1 month. The research results were as follow : 1. process of model such as (1) choose educational Objectives (2) select learning experience (3) organize learning experience (4) evaluate learning outcomes 2. Summary of model for experimental group was that the posttest learning about developing self-empowerment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group significantly at the .05 level 3. Conditioning factors of activity organization model to develop distance non-formal education students self-empowerment to use. In this research factors compose of (1) internal factor were popularity, family, duty, and the time (2) external factor were environment, economy, the organization encourages, and the policies of the conspiracy develop way education quality. And then, the condition part in non-formal education activity model to use were building atmosphere for learning, the ability of head activity team, the accordance of the model with the target group, building motivation, and assistant activity team.
