Abstract: Thailand and China are good trading partner. Both countries are promoted as economic development areas. Both Thai and China governments have also been working on further improving the trade policies in order to promote bilateral economic and trade development. As the FTA agreement between Thai and China and ASEAN as well as Great Mekong Sub-region strengthen, trade between Thailand and China are encouraged and increased. Besides, it provides a good environment for the cooperation and development of cross-border sub-regional international economy. There is a great prospect in trade between two sides. Dry Longan is popular in Chinese market due to its nutritional benefits and medicinal value. Thailand is the main country producing and exporting Dry Longan. And China imports the most Dry Longan from Thailand. There are air, land, water transport logistics. Firstly, the paper analyzes the situations, trends and existing problems of Dry Longan’s export. Secondly, it studies different transportations, such as air, road and water. Based on SWOT analysis, including strength, weakness, opportunity and treat, it compared different transportations. Then the paper analyzes common factors affecting three transportations with Delphi, such as the duration of transport, convenience, the price of transport, volume, risk and so on. Finally, it leads to the conclusion that we can choose the most suitable transportation according to different situations.
