The administration under the good governance principles of the subdistrict administrative organization: a case study of subdistrict administrative organizations in Thoeng district, Chiang Rai province
Abstract:
There are two objectives of this study of the administration under the good governance principles of the sub district administrative organizations: A case study of sub district administrative organizations in Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province. Firstly, to study the administration under the good governance principles of the sub district administrative organizations. Secondly, to identify the problems of the administration under the good governance principles of the sub district administrative organizations and offer the solution for those problems. The study is a quantitative research; the data was collected by using the standard questionnaire. The sampling group was 210 officers and employees in every subdistrict administrative organizations in Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage and standard deviation. The results regarding general information showed that most of the respondents were female aged between 30 - 39 years old, holding the bachelor degree and working as the local officers. district administrative organizations also revealed that all six principals of the good governance principals were wildly used in the administration of the sub district administrative organizations in Thoeng District. However, the principal of participation was mostly used while the principal of
valuable was the least.
