Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่ใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงบรรยาย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขอรับเงินช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นตามมาตรา 18 ของผู้ให้บริการจังหวัดพะเยา ผลการศึกษาในกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 6 ราย พบว่า ทุกรายเป็นเพศหญิง ส่วนมากปฏิบัติงานที่แผนกผู้ป่วยใน มีความรู้ความสามารถรวมถึงประสบการณ์ และมีความพึงพอใจในงานที่ปฏิบัติ เนื่องจากมีความรักในงานบริการผู้ป่วย ทั้งมีส่วนมากมีภาระในการดูแลครอบครัว ลักษณะงานที่ปฏิบัติส่งผลทำให้เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อการได้รับบาดเจ็บหรือความเจ็บป่วยจากการทำงาน และมีผลทำให้ขาดรายได้จากการเจ็บป่วย ความเครียด ทั้งตนเองและบุคคลในครอบครัว ซึ่งต้องขาดรายได้ ความกังวลต่อความเจ็บป่วยในอนาคต"

Abstract: This qualitative research, descriptive phenomenology methods, aimed to study situations and factors associated with basic financial support for health provider in Phayao Province under Act 18. The finding from 6 index persons was as followed. All of them were female working at inpatient department with adequate knowledge and experiences. They were satisfied in their jobs with a passion for patient services. Most of them had burden of family care. Their performed jobs were somewhat caused injury or illness, affected lack of income, ad induced their worries about present and future illness. It was found that the basic financial support under Act 18 can be used to deal with these problems. In addition, there were other factors for health providers to adapt for their works under the damage situation. These included the level of knowledge, attitude and intended nature, family’s relationships, organization service’s systematization, assistance from peers people and self’s protection."
