Abstract:
This research aimed to identify and compare the publics satisfaction with the services
provided by Krachae Subdistrict Administration Organization, Na Yai Am District, Chantaburi
Province, based on their gender, age, education, career and income. The sample consisted of 345
residents selected by random sampling. Questionnaires were used to collect the data, and the
statistical methods used for data analysis were Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation, t - test,
One - way ANOVA, and LSD (Least Significance Difference Test).
The study revealed that most service users were female farmers, between 44 - 55 years
of age, with elementary education, and with income no higher than 5000 baht. Public satisfaction
was found to be high in all 3 areas with service system ranking highest, followed by service
providers. Location and facilities provision was ranked lowest among the three. Service users
with different genders, incomes, and ages showed no difference in their satisfaction with the
services provided. Those with different education, and career showed differences in satisfaction
with the level of statistical significance set at .05
