Abstract:
To study 1. Effect of online learning interaction in simulation upon interpersonal communication skills of eleventh grade students 2. Students opinion on the online learning interaction activities in simulation learning 3. Students learning reflection blog. The samples were divided in two groups with 35 students in each group : an experimental group taught by the online learning interaction activities in simulation and a comparative group taught without online learning interaction activities in simulation. The research instrument were web-base instruction of online learning interaction in simulation, interpersonal communication skill test, study plan, interview form, assessment tool for learning reflection on blog . The data were analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t-test. The result of the reach: 1. Student being taught by using the online learning interaction activities in simulation had higher scores in interpersonal communication skill than those of students being taught without online learning interaction activities in simulation at .05 level of significance 2. Students opinion were found that increasing suitable denying method affected on denying confidence in online learning interaction in simulation. Moreover learning activities increased independent, solving problem, trail and error, communication practice 3. Student showed the high lever for learning reflection in 3 issues 1) student can link prior knowledge with current knowledge. 2) student can apply in other situation. 3) student can reflect and communicate with others clearly. 4) students can review and summarize.
