Abstract:
The purposes of research are 1) to study the level of Saraniyadhama VI and the level of leader roles of managers in organizations 2) to compare the leader roles of managers in organizations classified by personal characteristics 3) to study relationship between of Saraniyadhama 6 and the leader roles of managers in organizations. The sample groups were 395 managers of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and Provincial Electricity Authority. The data were collected by questionnaires. The data were analyzed with frequency, average, standard deviation, Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The results showed as follow: 1) Managers were at moderate level of Saraniyadhama VI and leader roles of managers in organizations. 2) The managers with different personal characteristics : experiences as an executive had different leader roles of managers in organizations with a statistical significance at the .05 level. Managers with different personal factors : gender and education did not have different leader roles of managers in organizations. 3) There was a relationship between of Saraniyadhama VI and leader roles of managers in organizations with a significance at the .01 level.
