Abstract: บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการการบริหารบุคลากรของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร ๒. เพื่อศึกษาอุปสรรคและแนวทางการบริหารบุคลากรของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากรในโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งมีทั้งข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างประจำ ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว วิทยากร จำนวน ๑๐ โรงเรียน รวม ๑๕๔ คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ได้รับแบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์ จำนวน ๑๕๔ ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ ๑๐๐ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ แบ่งเป็น ๒ ส่วน ส่วนที่ ๑ สถิติพรรณนา เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยการใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนที่ ๒ สถิติเชิงอนุมาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพ ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๐๗ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๐๐ ด้านการส่งบุคลากรไปศึกษาฝึกอบรมหรือดูงาน อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๒.๙๒ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยกระบวนการปฏิบัติการ อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๒๓ ด้านการพัฒนาด้วยตนเอง อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๐๗ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยกระบวนการบริหาร อยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๑๕ ส่วนแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๙๙ เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการฝึกอบรม อยู่ในระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๔.๐๓ ด้านการส่งบุคลากรไปศึกษาฝึกอบรมหรือดูงาน อยู่ในระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๔.๐๔ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยกระบวนการปฏิบัติการอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๔.๐๓ ด้านการพัฒนาด้วยตนเองอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๔.๐๒ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยกระบวนการบริหารอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๘๕ เมื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบแล้วพบว่า การบริหารงานของโรงเรียนฝึกอาชีพกรุงเทพมหานคร มีสภาพปัญหาอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” และ มีการแก้ปัญหาอยู่ในระดับ “มาก”
