Status Problems of Personnel Who Take Responsibility of Academic Affairs of the Small School in Napang Group Pong 1 Under the Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 2
Abstract:
The aim of this study is the investigation status and problems of personnel who are responsible for the education in a group of small elementary schools in Napang group Pong 1 under The Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 2.The observed population, including school administrators, consists of 39 teachers from four small and one medium-sized school from the Napang group Pong 1 which is a member of The Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 2.For data collection a questionnaire for school administrators and teachers was used which is divided into three parts. The first part is about the profile of the respondents using a check list. The second part is about the academic status on a rating scale 1 to 5 (with 5 as the best). The third part is about problems and obstacles in the academic work as free text answer, as well as suggestions for solutions. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean (μ) and standard deviation (α).
