Abstract: การศึกษานี้ เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบที่มีต่อชุมชนจากการพัฒนาถนนชายกว๊านพะเยา ตั้งแต่หลังสำนักงานเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา ถึงหน้าอนุสาวรีย์พ่อขุนงาเมือง อำเภอเมืองพะเยา จังหวัดพะเยา และเพื่อหาแนะแนวทางในการลดปัญหาผลกระทบ และหาแนวทางจัดการการท่องเที่ยว ที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนจากการพัฒนาถนนชายกว๊านพะเยา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ชุมชนเทศบาลเมืองพะเยา กลุ่มผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าบริเวณถนนชายกว๊านพะเยา และกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 7,419 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 365 ตัวอย่าง โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานซึ่งประกอบด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 51–60 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 10,001–20,000 บาท การศึกษาในระดับปวช.หรือปวส. และประกอบอาชีพรับจ้างทั่วไป ผลกระทบของการพัฒนาถนนชายกว๊านพะเยา โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง "

Abstract: This study the impact on the community and developing a road khwan phayao from the District Municipality to face the monument King Ngam Muang and to recommend guidelines for reducing the impact of problems and find the solutions to manage the tourism that is appropriate for the community and developing a road demographic in education is a community of phayao. Employers groups ample shops and street phayao tourist number 7,419 people selected sample number 365 for example by using a questionnaire and analyze the basic statistics as quantitative values each mean and standard deviation.
