Abstract: การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหา และอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นจากการบริหารจัดการเลือกตั้ง ทั้งจากผู้ดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง และผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งตลอดจนข้อเสนอแนะ และแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา และอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ผู้ดำเนินการเลือกตั้ง จำนวน 16 คน และประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้ง ในเขตองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลป่าซาง อำเภอดอกคาใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเรื่องดังกล่าวข้างต้น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

Abstract: This freeform research intended to study problems and obstacles that arise from administrative action by both election and who has the right to appoint, as well as suggestions and guidelines for solving problems and obstacles that arise, the sample is used to perform the election of 16 people and the people who have the right to appoint in the Pasang Municipal District, Phayao Province in amount of 400 people, tool that uses a query about it above apply data analysis based on frequency, percent, mean and standard deviation.
