Abstract:
The research of this were to study and to compare the service quality of the black canyon restaurant : A case study major rangsit branch, The customers in Ausgust 2011 simple of 2,361 Transation. The sample consisted of 342 customers by Taro Yamane. statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation Statistics used for testing hypotheses were t-test and F-test and experiment with a pair method of Scheffe with a statistically significant level of .05
The result of the research showed that most of the samples were single female who were 21-35 years of age single and had bachelors degrees and had an average income of 20,001 baht per month. satisfaction towards service quality of the black canyon restaurant major rangsit the was at a high level.
