Transformational Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Learning Organization of Schools Amphoe Mueang Pathumthani Under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1
Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to investigate.1) the level of transformational leadership of school administrators. 2) the level of the learning organization of schools. 3) the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools.4) the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting the learning organization of schools Amphoe Mueang Pathumthani under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1.
The samples group was consisted of 300 primary school teachers of 2010 academic year in Amphoe Mueang Pathumthani under the office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area1. The data-collecting instruments were the set of five- leveled questionnaires developed by the researcher’ and the data- analyzing were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The research findings were as follows. 1) The transformational leadership of school and 2) The learning Organization of school were at the high level, as a whole and in each aspect. 3) The relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the learning organization of schools had the positive correlation and 4) The transformational leadership of school administrators Affecting the learning organization of schools Amphoe Mueang Pathumthani under the Office of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area 1, as a whole, had the correlation at .01 significance.
