Abstract: ปัญหาพิเศษฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบความปลอดภัยบนเครื่อง IBM RS/6000 กรณีศึกษาธนาคารยูโอบี จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านความปลอดภัยตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับของพระราชบัญญัติและมาตรฐานของธนาคาร สามารถตรวจสอบสถานะระบบว่าอยู่ใน สถานะที่ปลอดภัยหรือไม่ ถูกละเมิดโดยผู้ไม่ประสงค์ดี (Hacker) หรือมีปัญหาอื่นๆ ด้านความ ปลอดภัยที่อาจเป็นสาเหตุทำความเสียหายกับระบบได้ ระบบได้ถูกพัฒนาให้ใช้งานง่ายโดยใช้ภาษา คอร์นเชลล์ (Korn Shell) ในการพัฒนาซึ่งอยู่บนบนเครื่อง IBM RS/6000 ระบบปฏิบัติการ AIX หลังจากติดตั้งระบบความปลอดภัยแล้ว ระบบสามารถตรวจสอบตังเองได้ตามเวลาที่กำหนด รวมถึงการรายงานสถานะต่างๆ ไปยังหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโดยผ่านทางล็อก (Log) และอีเมล (E-Mail) ทำให้เกิดความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการตรวจสอบและเฝ้าระวัง การประเมินคุณภาพของระบบใช้วิธีการทดสอบแบบไวท์บ็อกซ์ (While-Box Testing) โดย กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์จากแบบประเมินด้านประสิทธิภาพ ของระบบพบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ได้อยู่ที่ 4.30 (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานอยู่ที่ 0.17) และ การประเมินประสิทธิภาพความปลอดภัยของระบบที่ใช้มาตรฐาน ITSD-2003 ของธนาคาร จำนวน 26 ข้อ ของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้ง 5 คน พบว่าผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้งหมดคิดเป็น 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ สามารถ สรุปได้ว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพที่ตรงตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของพระราชบัญญัติและ มาตรฐานธนาคาร และนำมาใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract: The objective of this special problem was to develop security systems on IBM RS/6000 workstation. United Overseas Bank Co. Ltd case study is used to increase security performance according to laws and regulations as well as standards of the bank to be able to verify whether the status of security system is safe or not, accessed by hackers, or have other security problems that can cause damages to the systems. Systems had been developed for the ease of use employing Korn Shell language on IBM RS/6000 workstation with AIX operating system. After security systems installation, systems can check itself on scheduled and report those status to division in responsible via log and e-mail, which increase convenience and speed of verification and monitoring. Quality evaluation of the systems uses White-Box Testing methodology by specifying sample group as five specialists. Performance evaluation design of the systems found that an average result of the specialists is 4.30 (standard-deviation of 0.17). On the other hand, security performance evaluation of the systems that uses ITSD-2003 standard of the bank’s 26 statements of five specialists shows that the systems passed security checks, which can be put to 100 percent. We can conclude that the systems developed have the performance that meets the laws and regulations as well as standards of the bank, and can be employed effectively.
