Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study 1) The level of Total Quality Management
of school under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2) The level of
effectiveness of school under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office.
3) The relation of education between the Total Quality Management and effectiveness of school
under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office. 4) Total Quality Management
affecting effectiveness of school under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office.
The samples consisted of 33 school directors and 294 teachers in academic year 2012. The research
instrument was a five rating scale divided into three parts : Part 1 status of the respondents.
Part 2 questionnaire about the Total Quality Management of school under the Chanthaburi
Primary Educational Service Area Office, the discrimination item between .29 to .76 reliability
of .96. Parts 3 questionnaire about the effectiveness of school under the Chanthaburi Primary
Educational Service Area Office is the discrimination item between .30 to .67 reliability of .84.
The reliability of the issue was .97. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage,
mean (X ), standard deviation (S.D.), Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient (rxy),
multiple regression analysis (RY,1,2..k)
The results of the study were as follows: 1) Total Quality Management of school under
the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office were at high level. 2) Effectiveness
of school under the Chanthaburi primary educational service area office were at high level.
3) The relationship between Total Quality Management, Effectiveness of school, the base all
factors with correlation coefficient was statistically significant at the .01 level. 4) Total Quality
Management affecting effectiveness of school under the Chanthaburi primary educational service
area office of importance teamwork (X7), reward and recognition (X5), education and training (X2),
communication (X4) and supportive structure (X3) the multiple correlation coefficient equal to .67,
able to predict by the effectiveness of school under the Chanthaburi primary educational service
area office, the prediction power was 45 percent. There were statistically significant relationships
at .01 level and to create an equation to predict or regression equation as the following.
Raw score predict equation.

Standard scores predict equation.
